Ingredients

Apples

  • 3 apples chopped into ¼ inch cubes
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup butter, diced into cubes
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch salt

Crumble Topping

  • ¼ cup butter, diced into cubes
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • TIN FOIL + NON STICK SPRAY

Instructions

  • Prepare your foil packs, we are making 2 of them (2 packs become 4 servings). One rectangle, then double up (2 ply). Then spray with non stick spray.
  • In a bowl, combine your apples, butter, spices, sugars, cornstarch. Mix together and then make an even pile on each tin foil rectangle.
  • TOPPING: To that same empty bowl, add all topping crumble ingredients and get in there with your hands to make sure it’s crumbly like oatmeal, with a few chunks. Add to the apple piles, then top with more foil. Seal all the edges.
  • If you’re making these on the grill, you can prepare your foil packets then grill later, 400 for about 7 mins, but make sure they don’t burn. You can also bake these in the oven (in their foil packs) sitting on a sheet pan. 400 for about 15 mins.
  • **ALL OVENS AND GRILLS VARY IN TEMPERATURE. If you have to check the packs, be careful, STEAM BURNS. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream!
